COI compliance review,
simplified

In development. Shaped by real-world workflows.

Request pilot information for your agency

We’re enrolling pilot agencies now. We’ll review fit, map your current COI workflow, and confirm onboarding and platform-access timing with you directly.

Your agency's pilot is free for 90 days from the date CoverAlign provides your platform access, ending no later than June 30, 2027. At the end, you choose whether to continue with paid service. Nothing is billed automatically.

Requesting information does not enroll you.

Illustrative only. No documents are uploaded, no messages are sent, and no agency management system is connected. Follow-up and expiration tracking help keep outstanding items visible.

A SMALL PILOT. A PRACTICAL START.

Help shape what comes next.

CoverAlign is pre-launch. We’re inviting a limited number of contractors and insurance agencies to explore the Phase 0 pilot and share how the work happens today.

About CoverAlign

Certificates of insurance are simple until they aren't. A contract calls for additional insured status, a waiver of subrogation or specific limits, and someone has to compare the certificate against those requirements, follow up on what's missing and track what expires next. At most agencies and contractors, that work still lives in inboxes and spreadsheets.

CoverAlign is being built to bring that work into one structured process: set the requirements, compare certificates against them, see the gaps, and keep follow-up and expiration dates organized.

CoverAlign was founded by a commercial insurance professional with years of agency experience and is built around how this work actually gets done. CoverAlign, Inc. is a Michigan corporation and is running a limited Phase 0 pilot with insurance agencies and contractors.
